Terms & Conditions

These terms cover your use of NearGig, a location-based marketplace operated by Orvion IT, Podgorica, Montenegro. NearGig connects clients who need work done with pros who do it, across several countries. Please read them — they explain how the marketplace works and what we each agree to.

Acceptance

By creating an account or using NearGig, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service. Where you use NearGig as a consumer, any mandatory consumer-protection rights in your country still apply.

Your account

Keep your details accurate and your login secure. You're responsible for the activity on your account, whether you use it as a client, a pro, or both. You must be at least 18, and you agree not to misrepresent your trade, qualifications, or service area.

Using the marketplace

NearGig connects clients and pros. We're not a party to the work agreed between them, we don't employ pros, and we don't guarantee any particular outcome. Trust is built on ratings and reviews rather than identity checks, so use your own judgement when you hire or take on a job. After a job, both sides can leave an honest review.

Payments & credits

Clients pay pros directly — NearGig doesn't handle or take a cut of job payments. Pros buy credits to apply to gigs; credits are non-refundable except where the law requires. The credit cost of an application is shown before you spend it. Where you buy credits as a consumer, a statutory right of withdrawal may apply until you start spending them.

Content & conduct

You own what you post, but you're responsible for it being honest and lawful. Don't post fraudulent listings, spam or harass other people, or try to get around our anti-abuse limits. We act as an intermediary and don't pre-screen content, but we can remove content and suspend accounts that break these rules. If you see something illegal or abusive, report it in the product or email us.

Liability

NearGig is provided "as is". Because we're not a party to the work, we're not responsible for the quality of a job, a no-show, or any dispute between a client and a pro. To the extent the law allows, our liability to you is limited, and nothing here removes rights you have under mandatory law. These terms are governed by the laws of Montenegro, without affecting the consumer rights of your home country. For any question, email us at support@neargig.com.
